Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, and trimming using hand tools and power tools to keep grounds tidy and attractive Assist with gardening activities such as planting, watering, fertilizing, and mulching to promote healthy growth Use landscaping equipment safely and efficiently to support ongoing maintenance projects Conduct routine inspections of outdoor spaces to identify areas needing attention or repair Support general maintenance duties such as cleaning tools, removing debris, and preparing sites for seasonal changes Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety standards Other duties and tasks as arise Qualifications Prior experience or interest in landscape maintenance, gardening, horticulture or related fields is preferred but not required Ability to operate hand tools, lawn care equipment, power tools, and irrigation systems safely and effectively Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods Knowledge of landscaping practices including lawn care, gardening techniques, and land management is a plus Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills Basic understanding of safety procedures related to equipment use and outdoor work environments This position offers a dynamic environment where your enthusiasm for outdoor work can flourish.
