Established 1916 Facilities Helper Full-Time | Hourly Position Job Summary The Facilities Helper helps keep Cherry Valley Club clean, organized, and well-maintained for our members and guests. This role includes cleaning, basic maintenance, painting, and helping with event setup around the clubhouse and property. Responsibilities Cleaning Clean clubhouse, restrooms, hallways & common areas Wipe down and sanitize surfaces throughout the clubhouse Keep outdoor patios, entrances, and walkways clean Restock cleaning supplies and notify manager when items are running low Empty trash and recycling bins General Repairs & Maintenance Help with indoor and outdoor painting projects Touch up walls, doors, trim, and other areas as needed Prep surfaces by sanding, patching, and priming before painting Clean and store painting supplies after use Assist with basic repairs and maintenance projects Help with small building repairs under supervision Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical Set up and break down tables, chairs, and equipment for club events Report maintenance or safety issues to management Team Support Work with the Facilities team to complete daily tasks Communicate with supervisors about projects or concerns Help other departments when needed during busy times or events Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment Qualifications Maintenance, cleaning, or janitorial experience preferred but not required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for long periods Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in different weather conditions Basic knowledge of cleaning, painting, or maintenance is helpful Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with others Valid driver's license is a plus Schedule Full-time, year-round position. Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
