NOW HIRING MAINTENANCE STAFF!

Baldwin Real Estate Corp. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in maintenance duties of 121 Apartments in Hudson Falls, NY. Full Time Monday - Friday. 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Must be dependable, ready to work, and have your own transportation. Duties include, but are not limited to, general maintenance repairs, apartment turnover, painting, snow removal, cleaning. On-call responsibilities. Individual must have experience and skills in building maintenance. Individual must possess excellent interpersonal skills in order to interact well with residents and be able to work independently. Benefit package available which includes medical, dental, vision and 401k.
