Maintenance Position-Livonia-30 hrs/week

This building & grounds maintenance position is for a 48-unit housing complex for the elderly/disabled.

Position requirements:

ability to perform various repairs including electrical & plumbing; physical ability to perform lawn care, snow removal & cleaning tasks; and a proven ability to successfully work independently. Must possess good interpersonal communication skills and a willingness to work with the elderly/disabled. Position is 30 hrs/wk with some "on-call" duties needed. Hourly starting pay range is $18.50 to $21, more possible with extensive proven experience.
