Day Shift Description:
Job duties include but are not limited to; Interior & Exterior Painting, Kitchen/Bedroom Renovations, Kitchen Cabinetry Repair, Trim work Vinyl Floor Installations, Room Turnovers, Vinyl Siding Repairs, Asphalt Crack Sealing, Assisting Grounds Department in Landscaping Projects, Assisting Maintenance Technicians on large repairs, and Seasonal Snow Removal.
What We're Looking For Education:
High School diploma or GED required.
Experience:

Pay Ranges:
$21.11 - $33.79 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
