Temporary Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Porter to support the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of a residential property in Hempstead, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience in janitorial, custodial, porter, or maintenance work and take pride in maintaining clean and well-kept facilities. Responsibilities Clean and maintainmon areas including hallways, stairwells, lobbies, laundry rooms, offices, andmunity spaces Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash from interior and exterior areas Maintain cleanliness of building entrances, sidewalks, parking areas, and grounds Collect and properly dispose of garbage and recycling Collect trash from the management office daily Sweep and vacuum the management office weekly and perform weekly office cleaning Monitor the property for safety hazards and report maintenance issues promptly Clean and prepare vacant apartments for occupancy Assist maintenance staff with minor repairs and general property upkeep Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when inventory is low Respond to resident concerns regarding cleanliness andmon area conditions Follow allpany safety policies and procedures Qualifications Previous porter, janitorial, custodial, maintenance, or housekeeping experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the workday Reliable transportation and strong attendance record Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail andmitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment

Pay Details:
