Job Description

Applicant MUST have a Clean, valid NYS driver's license. A pleasant personality and good commutation skills are required for interaction with the public and fellow employees. Duties include, but not limited to: General property inspection and maintenance Light plumbing and electrical Parking lot maintenance Snow removal Lawn maintenance Building maintenance Clean storage units Rent U-haul trucks Responsibilities are for both onsite and off-site properties Able to lift 40 pounds
