Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Worker to join our senior living community. This position plays an important role in maintaining a safe, comfortable , and welcoming environment for our residents. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the community Respond to work orders in a timely manner Basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry tasks Maintaining common areas and resident apartments Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety standards Helping with seasonal outdoor maintenance as needed Qualifications Previous maintenance experience preferred Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and general repair work Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently as part of a team Reliable transportation and a dependable work ethic
