Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and versatile Handyperson to join our maintenance team. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of properties through a wide range of repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks. Your expertise will help create a welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff alike. Responsibilities Perform routine repairs and maintenance across residential facilities, including plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general building upkeep. Carry out painting projects such as residential touch-ups or larger facility refreshes to maintain property appearance Operate tools and equipment. Supervise or assist with small-scale projects, ensuring safety standards are met and work is completed efficiently Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident or tenant concerns promptly and professionally Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related fields such as Construction or residential services Strong mechanical knowledge Electrical experience including, wiring, circuit testing with ohmmeters, and electrical troubleshooting Skilled in fabrication tasks Knowledge of residential painting techniques for interior and exterior projects Supervising experience preferred to coordinate team efforts on larger projects Excellent communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with team members and residents Will have own hand tools for the trade Join us to make a tangible difference by maintaining safe, efficient, and welcoming environments.
