The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards. Perform repairs and maintenance on electrical systems, plumbing, sheetrock, flooring. Fabricate parts or components as needed for repairs or upgrades. Perform residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic quality in various areas. Use an ohmmeter and other tools to test electrical circuits and diagnose issues. Collaborate with other team members to complete larger maintenance projects efficiently. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Skills Strong background in facilities maintenance with a focus on mechanical systems. Ability to perform residential painting with attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges. Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.
