Maintenance assistant position details:
We are hiring for a Regular Part Time (22.5 hours/week) position. The schedule is 8am - 4pm, 3 days/week during Monday-Friday.
Maintenance assistant job duties include:
Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, etc., as directed. Perform preventive maintenance audits as directed. Conduct interior and exterior patrols of the facility. Promptly answers and responds to emergency situations as first responders. Report all accidents/incidents to your supervisor no matter how minor they may be. Aid with valet parking of residents' automobiles. Use the department radios to communicate with other maintenance technicians and promptly respond. Prepare written reports as necessary.

Maintenance assistant qualifications:
Three (3) years of maintenance related employment is preferred. Must have basic maintenance knowledge including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, etc. Must possess a valid Driver's license.
