We are in search of some future employees to do most of our lawn care around are buildings, upkeep with our maintenance on the outside of our buildings, yard care and helping move items or fixing some of the vacant units. This position requires a drivers license and experience with outdoor duties. We keep you busy in this position so if you like busy work this is a great position. Can include raking, trash removal, clean up, fixing decks, gutters, weeding, blowing off parking lots, moving heavy stoves, dishwashers, fridges. We also have misc. job duties that may be included within your day. Snow Removal, Salting. Our community has been here over 60+ years with over 13 buildings and off site locations. We dedicate our jobs to our tenants and curb appeal. We need a team out on our property to help keep evolving our complex.
