Your primary role will be to support and perform the duties of the maintenance department to ensure the facility is maintained in good repair and all systems are in compliance with applicable safety and fire regulations as well as federal, state, and local building codes. Ensure preventative maintenance is routinely performed on all equipment / systems. Help the facility director keep in compliance with all Department of Health and Life Safety Code requirements as well as any federal, state, and local regulations. Other duties necessary to ensure the safe operation of the healthcare center. What You Need High School Diploma or Equivalent. Valid Driver's License. One (1) year experience in commercial maintenance or related trade. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
