• Part-time, Full-time Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Sanitation Maintenance Worker to join our production facility team.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment to support efficient food production and processing operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, hardworking, and comfortable with industrial cleaning tasks, ensuring that all sanitation standards are met consistently. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a well-organized manufacturing environment while developing valuable custodial and sanitation skills. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of production areas, machinery, and equipment using industrial cleaning tools and supplies. Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, and work surfaces to meet health and safety regulations. Assist with waste removal and disposal in accordance with safety protocols. Follow detailed sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with food processing standards. Support the setup and breakdown of cleaning stations for shift changes or deep cleaning projects. Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing additional attention or maintenance. Use heavy lifting techniques safely when moving supplies or cleaning equipment around the facility. Qualifications Prior janitorial or custodial experience in a manufacturing or food production environment is preferred. Knowledge of industrial cleaning methods and sanitation standards applicable to food processing facilities. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks regularly. Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, pressure washers, and vacuums. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Good communication skills for effective teamwork and adherence to safety protocols. Willingness to learn new cleaning techniques and follow strict sanitation procedures.
