Job Description

We are seeking an independent contractor with practical, hands-on experience across a range of property maintenance and improvement tasks, including: Residential renovations and general maintenance Light plumbing repairs and installations Flooring installation and repair Carpentry projects Drywall hanging, patching, and finishing Work performed safely on ladders Interior and exterior painting Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include: Maintenance or repair of coffee or bakery equipment HVAC service or troubleshooting experience Work hours offer flexibility. Some assignments will have firm timelines, while others allow for a more open schedule. From time to time, priority or time-sensitive projects may also need attention.

Part-time independent contractor (1099)
