Days Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in routine maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Perform regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance needs. Support preventive maintenance schedules to ensure all building systems operate efficiently. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion. Help maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any unusual occurrences. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members and support special projects as needed.

Hours Location:
Cleveland, Ohio Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field is a plus but not required. Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems is desirable. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed. IND123
