Maintenance Staff - Seasonal L3 Campus - 4.0 Columbus, OH Job Details Temporary | Full-time $15 - $17 an hour 16 hours ago Qualifications Landscape maintenance Maintenance Property maintenance Mechanical knowledge Facilities maintenance Full Job Description Student Housing company is looking for a motivated and hard-working individual to join our Columbus, OH maintenance team. This person will and turnover of our properties this summer. The selected candidate will participate in a variety of tasks including (but not limited to): apartment repairs, plumbing and electrical repairs, furniture assembly, organization & inventory, garbage removal, painting, cleaning, pressure washing, and other duties as needed to facilitate the turnover and move-in of our apartments.
The right candidate will:
- Enjoy hard work and being outdoors
- Have the ability to operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Have open availability
- Have basic tools (depending on position)
- Have a positive and professional attitude/appearance
- Pass a background check
