Your expertise will help maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and enhance the overall functionality of all locations. You'll be empowered to take initiative, solve problems, and contribute to a team that values excellence and efficiency. This for the part time position with approximately 20 hours weekly. The timing is very flexible. You can come in on evenings and weekends, unless there is an emergency. This is a great opportunity for a hardworking, growth-oriented individual to maintain their current job while taking on this maintenance role with flexible hours, such as evenings and weekends. It is an excellent way to add extra income to your weekly pay What you'll do Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Use basic power tools in order to maintain the proper function of the building Maintains restrooms, dining areas and the kitchen, as well as HVAC and coolers, by keeping them up to safety and health standards Maintains the outside appearance of the building, parking lot and landscape. Basic qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance roles. Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and stakeholders. Working Hard! The Maintenance team member requires several physical demands including:
- Remaining on your feet for several hours at a time
- Lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds
- Manual dexterity, as it pertains to pressing, grabbing, pushing
- Ability to communicate and read
- Frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, reaching
- Use of basic power tools
