Maintenance Worker

Village of Coolville - Maintenance Position Posting The Village of Coolville is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to fill a Maintenance Position, which may be part-time or full-time depending on the needs of the Village and the qualifications of the selected candidate.

Position Summary :

The Maintenance Worker is responsible for supporting the daily operations and upkeep of Village property, infrastructure, and utilities. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently and respond to a variety of tasks as needed. Duties include, but are not limited to : Grass cutting and general grounds maintenance Street repair and routine maintenance Tracking and maintaining inventory of Village materials and supplies Conducting monthly water meter readings Assisting with water and sewer system maintenance as needed Maintenance and cleaning of Village Hall Performing other duties as assigned by Village leadership

Qualifications :

Ability to perform physical labor and operate maintenance equipment Must be able to lift 50 pounds routinely Basic knowledge of maintenance, construction, or related fields preferred Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Valid driver's license required Must be able to pass a drug test

Compensation:
