The Role:

This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys working outdoors and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. You will balance heavy equipment operation in the yard with essential landscape maintenance to keep our property and projects looking their best.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment & Loading:

Safely operate forklifts and Bobcats to pull customer orders and load/unload delivery trucks.

Inventory Management:

Organize and stage pavers and natural stone to ensure a safe and efficient yard flow.

Facility & Grounds Maintenance:

Perform general landscape upkeep for our facility, including professional grass mowing, trimming, and debris removal.

Field Installations:

Assist with occasional mulch installations and on-site landscape projects, ensuring high-quality results for our clients.

Customer Service:

Provide friendly assistance to customers during pickups and represent the JB Mulch & Pavers brand with a professional attitude.

Requirements:

Equipment Skills:

Proven experience operating a forklift and/or Bobcat.

Landscape Knowledge:

Familiarity with commercial mowing equipment and proper mulching techniques.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift heavy materials and remain active on your feet in various weather conditions.

Mindset:

A "can-do" attitude with the ability to switch between tasks quickly as needs change.

Compensation & Perks:

Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour (commensurate with experience).

Schedule:
