Horizons INC is currently hiring for a
PART-TIME
Maintenance Assistant!
Qualifications:
One must be a high school graduate or equivalent, and possess basic skills in routine household repair and maintenance. Also, must have a valid Ohio driver's license. •
YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE YOUR OWN TOOLS
•
Basic Function:
The Maintenance Assistant is to assist in maintaining an excellent physical aspect of all residential facilities.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist with maintaining the grounds at all facilities. Assist with minor repairs at all facilities Assist with restoration of facilities - inside and outside. Assist with daily maintenance necessary at all facilities; i.e., yard work, painting, minor repairs, etc. Assist with Maintenance Repair Orders as needed. Assist with minor repairs to the office. Any other related duties.
Job Type:
Part-time Expected hours: 25.0 - 30.0 per week
