  • Findlay, OH We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to support daily operations across our warehouse facilities.
This role will focus on general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of equipment and buildings. We are open to candidates with hands-on experience or individuals with technical schooling who are looking to grow into the role. Pay will be based off experience. Key Responsibilities Perform general repairs and maintenance across multiple warehouse buildings Troubleshoot and fix basic mechanical, electrical, and facility-related issues Assist with upkeep of docks, doors, equipment, and warehouse infrastructure Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks Respond to day-to-day maintenance requests from operations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications Prior maintenance experience or relevant technical/vocational schooling Basic knowledge of electrical, welding, mechanical, and plumbing systems preferred Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn Reliable and self-motivated with good attendance Ability to lift, move, and work in an active warehouse environment What We're Looking For Someone who can handle small tasks independently and grow into larger responsibilities A team player willing to support multiple departments as needed Strong attention to detail and safety Why Join Us Stable, full-time opportunity Hands-on role with variety in daily tasks Opportunity to grow into a larger maintenance role over time If you're looking to build a career in maintenance and want to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, we'd like to talk with you.
