Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks including repairs, installations, and inspections.
- Maintain and repair equipment, machinery, and systems.
- Troubleshoot issues and determine the best course of action for repairs.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with employees or tenants.
Experience:
- Previous experience in general maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of logic controllers, schematics, and electrical systems.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues.
- Ability to fabricate or modify parts as needed.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
