Cleaning and Maintenance Worker

Duties Perform thorough cleaning of commercial or residential spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal Conduct janitorial duties such as restocking supplies, sanitizing restrooms, and maintaining common areas Carry out floor care procedures including buffing, polishing, stripping, and waxing to ensure floors are spotless and well-maintained Assist with custodial tasks related to industrial cleaning projects or specialized facility maintenance needs Support general facilities maintenance activities such as minor repairs, painting touch-ups, and equipment upkeep Maintain cleanliness standards by following established procedures and safety guidelines Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained for optimal use Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a strong understanding of commercial or residential cleaning techniques Knowledge of floor care methods including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks efficiently and safely Experience with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting is a plus Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to operate cleaning equipment like floor buffers, vacuums, pressure washers, and other tools effectively Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team Join us in creating clean, safe environments that make a positive difference every day!
