Facilities Technician (live-in)

Position Summary:

MaxHousing is looking for a Live-In Facilities Technician to join our team on the East Side of the GreaterCleveland Area. This is a live-in position where you will reside on-site and be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of the property. Your work will help provide a high quality of life for our residents, ensuring that the community is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming.

What You'll Do Janitorial:

Keep property clean by maintaining common areas, floors, and restrooms; perform seasonal cleaning of outdoor spaces

Grounds Maintenance:

Handle snow removal in winter, mow the lawn, and manage landscaping, including planting and weeding

Maintenance:

Respond to service requests, complete preventive maintenance, assist with unit turnovers (cleaning, repairs, and painting), and maintain appliances and HVAC units

Emergency and Residential Support:

Provide emergency response when needed, including after hours, and build positive relationships with residents

Administration:
