Job Description

Part-Time Road Service Worker Duties will include: perform general road maintenance; snow and ice control; assist in building and grounds maintenance; maintenance and repairs on equipment; brush chipping and leaf pickup; perform general labor functions; willingness to work evening and/or weekend for snow and ice removal and cemetery.
Qualifications:
Must be able to operate heavy equipment including backhoes, loaders, dump trucks, snow and ice removal equipment, and asphalt paving equipment; possess a general knowledge of street construction and repair; ability to use hand and power tools, follow directions and work alone or with co-workers. Must have high school diploma or GED; pass drug screening test; be in possession of a valid State of Ohio Drivers License; have a good driving record and meet Ravenna Township's insurance carrier's performance criteria.
Additional information:
This is a part-time position with no more than 1,500 hours per year. Health insurance and paid time off are not offered with this position. Addition to online - applications can be picked up or dropped off at the Administration office 6115 Spring Street, Ravenna Mon-Thurs from 9 am - 1 pm
