Immediate hire with flexible hours! We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to assist with maintenance and groundskeeping duties across multiple properties. This position can be either short-term or long term depending on availability and fit. Properties are located in Sylvania, Maumee, Toledo, and Lambertville, MI. Duties Prepping vacant apartments for unit turnover. Outdoor property maintenance such as trash removal, side walk power washing, painting, etc. Basic repairs and odd jobs Assisting in the general upkeep across multiple properties, commercial and residential. Qualifications Able to take direction from the maintenance staff on site. Reliable transportation. General maintenance or handyman experience is preferred but not required. Must be able to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds, such as kitchen appliances and construction equipment.
