Assistant Maintenance Technician Wanted Are you the right person to join our great team?

at Oak Hill Apartments 3750 Hill Avenue Toledo, OH 43607 at the Leasing Office Mon-Fri 9:30-4:30 A maintenance assistant will do various maintenance tasks including (but not limited to) completing work orders, assisting in apartment renovations and preparing apartments for new tenants, plumbing, demo, light carpentry, seasonal grounds works such as snow removal and landscaping. Demo/remodeling experience a plus. The ideal candidate is team player and someone who is dependable for a large apartment community. Applicants must have a valid driver's license, dependable transportation, and own tools. Applicant must pass a criminal background check. Wages commensurate with experience.
