The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in painting, cleaning and home repair with the ability to fill out work orders and manage various maintenance tasks. This role requires a proactive approach to turning a vacant unit to lease up status in a timely manner while maintaining equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. Responsibilities Paint, clean and repair vacant units. Fill out work orders and return work orders in a timely manner. Ability to multi-task in a changing environment. Manage and work from a list of revolving unit vacancies. Collaborate with team members to implement effective maintenance strategies to turn around units. Work with a team during maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Experience Proven experience in home repairs, painting, cleaning and/or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with residential maintenance practices. Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing small teams or projects. Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure. Candidates with experience in residential maintenance or advanced troubleshooting will be highly regarded. Must pass drug screening.
