Maintain AIA facilities and grounds to ensure consistent appearance, safety, and operational excellence Coordinate general maintenance, repairs, and construction projects across campus Complete or oversee building and grounds maintenance, including seasonal and weather-related tasks Conduct weekly inspections of the Sports Complex and grounds to identify safety, repair, or maintenance needs Lead team meetings, assign work, and oversee maintenance staff Coordinate with service providers for installations, repairs, and ongoing maintenance Provide weekly or biweekly updates to the CFO and COO on current and upcoming projects Model a positive, flexible, and service-oriented attitude toward associates, leadership, staff, and guests Experience and Skills:
High School or GED Vocational/ Technical Certification preferred 3 year experience Job Benefits:
