Our agency is looking for a maintenance professional with solid carpentry skills to help keep our facilities safe, functional and welcoming. From repairing cabinetry and doors to improving patient spaces, your work will directly support the people who rely on our care every day. Responsibilities :
Performs painting, painting repairs and maintenance of Agency property. Fulfills day-to-day work orders as assigned through Jira at our various locations throughout Mahoning and Trumbull Counties. Works as part of a team to complete housing unit turnovers. Assists in the completion of the preventative maintenance plan. Records and maintains records of all repairs and maintenance actions by facility and unit. Requirements High School Diploma required Proven experience in painting and finishing work preferred Excellent organizational and time management skills Valid driver's license, a good driving record, and auto insurance
