Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and motivated Seasonal Maintenance Assistant to support the upkeep and appearance of our facility during the summer months. This position focuses primarily on enhancing and maintaining the visual appearance of the property through painting, touch-up work, minor repairs, and general beautification projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform interior and exterior painting projects, including surface preparation, patching, sanding, and touch-up work. Assist with building appearance improvements. Repair minor cosmetic damage to walls, doors, trim, and common areas. Help maintain clean, safe, and attractive facility grounds and outdoor spaces. Assist with pressure washing, cleaning, and seasonal maintenance projects. Support the Maintenance Director with general maintenance tasks as assigned. Move furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed for maintenance projects. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Report maintenance concerns or repair needs to the Maintenance Director.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED Experience in grounds maintenance (lawn and plant care) (preferred) Familiar with general maintenance/repair procedures
