Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team at a well-established manufactured home community. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs across various systems. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment that supports our operational goals. Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.) Maintain community grounds and common areas. Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally. Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal or landscaping. Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs and prevent potential issues. Assist with residential painting projects and other facility upgrades to improve the appearance and functionality of the premises. Supervise or collaborate with team members during maintenance activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used to ensure compliance and accountability. Requirements Driver License and clean driving record a must. Proven experience in multi-family maintenance or related fields within residential environments. Electrical experience including troubleshooting with tools such as ohmmeters; plumbing experience Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, working at heights, or in confined spaces as needed.
