Shop Hand

Responsibilities:

• Opportunity to learn several trades including hvac, plumbing and electrical assisting journeymen on various job sites, but also be available to do maintenance on company vehicles and organize warehouse, also may be needed in delivering parts-must have good driving record, and assist in whatever tasks might be needed
• Perform general warehouse duties, including receiving and organizing inventory
• Operate forklift to move materials and products as needed
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
• Due to the use of operation of safety sensitive equipment, employees may not use any form of marajuana on the job

Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Familiarity with assembly and fabrication processes
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
• Basic mechanical knowledge is helpful
• Ability to operate a forklift is a plus We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
