Position Summary We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Maintenance Technician / Apprentice Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in keeping properties in top shape, and is eager to learn and grow within the engineering/maintenance field. Key Responsibilities Maintain and clean grounds, including policing parking lots and common areas Replace ceiling tiles and perform general building upkeep Repair and replace plumbing components such as toilet and urinal flush valves and parts Assist tenants with maintenance requests in a professional and timely manner Create and manage keys for tenants and property access Support the lead engineer with daily tasks and ongoing projects Perform routine inspections and identify maintenance needs Help ensure properties are safe, clean, and well-maintained at all times Qualifications Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks (plumbing, minor repairs, etc.) preferred Willingness to learn and take direction from staff Strong work ethic and reliability Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Consistent transportation is a must Why Join Us?
