In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our facilities through comprehensive maintenance and repair activities. Your expertise will help create a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for staff, residents, and visitors alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, and facilities management skills in a fast-paced setting that values quality work and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Helping with event tear down and set up. Troubleshoot and repair issues related to electrical systems, utilizing schematics and technical manuals for accurate diagnostics. Conduct tasks as needed for structural repairs or fabrication projects. Ability to drive forklift for moving of pallets and loading and unloading of trucks. Execute residential painting projects to maintain the aesthetic quality of the premises. Pressure washing of facilities as needed. Helping pack wine club shipments. Helping on wedding and event days with loading and unloading tables and chairs for staff. Helping place tables and chairs as needed. Helping with landscaping work as needed or vineyard needs. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Follow safety protocols diligently during all maintenance operations to ensure a secure working environment. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate repairs or upgrades that support manufacturing or residential services. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance or manufacturing environments. Proficiency in reading schematics, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals. Hands-on skills with the ability to perform structural or equipment repairs safely and effectively. Electrical experience preferred. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork coordination. Supervising experience demonstrating leadership capabilities in managing maintenance projects or teams. Customer service orientation with the ability to address internal client needs professionally. Other maintenance tasks as needed.
