Full Job Description Compensation :

$24.00 - $26.00 per hour If you have good maintenance skills, a great attitude, and the desire to be a key part of your community's success by providing exceptional services to your Residents, we want to talk to you! This is a full-time position scheduled to work Tuesday - Saturday. This work schedule will be reviewed on an annual basis. Summary Under the supervision and at the direction of a higher-level Maintenance Technician, provides less complicated repairs and preventative maintenance. Duties Exterior painting of curbs, speed bumps as necessary On a daily basis, maintains common areas on the property including laundry room(s), office, community room, mailbox area(s), parking lots and carports, trash and recycling enclosures, Keep trash and recycling areas clean

Winter:

snow and ice response, as necessary Minor maintenance requests as directed by maintenance team Assist Maintenance Technicians with an annual preventative maintenance program consisting of unit inspections Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative, but not exclusive of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
