Full Job Description Job Title:
Maintenance Salary:
$18.00-$22.00 / Hr.
DOE Schedule:
Day shift | Part-time | Mon - Sat | w/ flexibility
Duties:
Perform general maintenance work on a daily basis Prepares resident rooms for new occupants by painting, cleaning carpets and general maintenance Conducts daily inspections of the building interior, exterior, and ground equipment Assists with preventative maintenance program
Qualifications:
Vocational training in skilled trade or other relevant training preferred Experience in electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry and AC repairs etc. Experience with general upkeep of commercial building
