The position will be directly responsible for carrying out all duties as assigned by Community Manager and Maintenance Mgr. We are currently looking to fill positions throughout the Portland Metro area.
  • Rate of Pay $28
  • 30 DOE
  • Shift Monday
  • Friday 8am
  • 5:pm
  • Must pass a background check in accordance to family housing
Duties:
Complete full apartment unit turns and daily work orders tasks in a timely fashion Troubleshoot and repair: plumbing, light electrical and appliances Perform routine preventive maintenance Maintain material and supply inventory Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary or other FM Technicians Grounds maintenance Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
2 years previous experience in apartment maintenance, unit turns, and work orders or other related fields, including plumbing, light electrical and appliance troubleshooting Familiarity with hand and power tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload, multi-task & prioritize Deadline and detail-oriented
Pay:
$28.00
