Temp To Full-Time Maintenance Assistant Looking for a hands-on role w your mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn can make an immediate impact? We're looking for a Maintenance Worker to support planned maintenance, minor repairs, and general equipment upkeep in a manufacturing environment.

      LOCATION
       
      Greater Beaverton, OR SALARY:
      Starting around $23 per hour, depending on experience
      SCHEDULE
      Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with some flexibility. Overtime and occasional on-call availability may be required.
      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
      • Perform planned maintenance including filter changes, oil changes, machine cleaning, and other repetitive technical work.
      • Assist maintenance technicians with machine repairs, troubleshooting, and advanced technical tasks.
      • Complete minor repairs under the supervision of maintenance technicians.
      • Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.
      • Work independently with limited supervision while managing interruptions and changing priorities.
      • Learn and perform additional duties as assigned.
      WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
      • Minimum of some hands-on mechanical experience, such as auto repair, farm equipment repair, machine repair, or similar technical work.
      • Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
      • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
      • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
      • Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and stay flexible with changing priorities.
      PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
      This position works in a manufacturing and factory environment with exposure to noise, dust, equipment, and occasional outdoor conditions. The role regularly requires sitting, standing, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, moving throughout the facility, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
