This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of physical work, organization, and team support in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Field & Fleet Support Receive and unload incoming shipments; verify quantities and materials Coordinate delivery and pickup of equipment, materials, and documents Support fleet and shop operations, including parts and supply transport Assist field teams with signage placement, material delivery, and job support Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of company vehicles Facilities & Grounds Maintenance Perform routine maintenance of company properties, including mowing, trimming, and general landscaping Assist with seasonal duties such as snow removal Monitor and refill propane tanks and nitrogen bottles Maintain clean and organized workspaces, including daily trash removal Restock facility supplies such as paper products and shop consumables Warehouse & Yard Operations Organize and manage pallets, materials, and storage areas Maintain cleanliness of yard spaces, dumpster areas, and storage facilities Assist with removal of scrap materials and waste products Inventory & Logistics Support Support incoming and outgoing shipments and freight coordination Perform basic inventory tracking and organization Replace facility items such as light bulbs and HVAC filters as needed Qualifications Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal teams and vendors Basic understanding of inventory and warehouse processes Ability to work independently and stay organized in a dynamic environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Preferred (Not Required): Forklift certification CDL (Commercial Driver's License) Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in warehouse, outdoor, and active environments Ability to reach, bend, and move materials as needed Employees may be asked to perform additional duties as needed.
