3+ years with company as a Property Maintenance Associate Ability to perform routine repairs, preventative maintenance and ensure common areas and units meet safety requirements 3+ years experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC Turnover experience Ability to be at work as scheduled Have and maintain a valid driver's license Duties for a
Property Maintenance Associate:
