Lifesteps is hiring a Full-Time Entry Level Maintenance / Groundskeeper Attendant in the Penn Hills and Monroeville areas . Position Summary:

Responsible for providing building maintenance, custodial and grounds keeping services to ensure buildings and grounds are clean and in working condition. This full-time position works Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm with weekends off!

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Demonstrated knowledge and prior experience with preventive building and equipment maintenance, basic plumbing, electricity principles, basic welding, refrigeration and air conditioning systems, and/or boiler systems repair Ability to read and write Must possess a valid driver's license which legally permits operating a motor vehicle in Pennsylvania
