Full-Time Job Summary Eureka Stone Quarry, Inc. is seeking a skilled and dependable Handyman / Carpenter to support maintenance and repair operations across multiple sand plant facilities in Bucks County. This role requires a versatile individual who can handle a wide range of interior and exterior repairs, carpentry projects, and general maintenance tasks. A company truck will be provided for travel between plant locations; a valid driver's license is required. Key Responsibilities Perform general carpentry work including framing, repairs, installations, and structural improvements Repair and maintain buildings, offices, plant structures, doors, windows, stairs, railings, and other fixtures Complete interior and exterior maintenance projects Perform minor plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and mechanical repairs as needed Repair or replace damaged materials such as wood, concrete forms, siding, and flooring Assist plant personnel with various facility improvement projects Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment Travel between plant locations using a company-provided truck Qualifications Proven experience in carpentry and general maintenance Strong knowledge of building repair and construction practices Ability to troubleshoot and fix a variety of facility-related issues Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in industrial environments Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Preferred Qualifications Experience working in industrial or plant environments Basic welding or fabrication skills OSHA safety training (preferred but not required) Benefits Company-provided truck for work travel Competitive pay based on experience Health benefits and retirement options Paid time off
