Job Description

Part-Time Maintenance Technician Needed We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Maintenance person to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will have basic maintenance knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to help maintain the overall condition and appearance of the property.
Responsibilities:
Perform basic maintenance and repair work throughout the hotel Address guest room maintenance requests promptly and professionally Assist with plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and minor repairs as needed Help maintain public areas, hallways, and exterior grounds Identify and report any major maintenance concerns Work closely with housekeeping and front desk staff to ensure smooth hotel operations
Qualifications:
Previous maintenance experience preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs is a plus Must be dependable, organized, and able to work independently Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks as needed
Compensation:
