Job Description
Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and reliable Groundskeeper/Maintenance Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining outdoor spaces, ensuring they are well-kept, functional, and inviting. This position offers an opportunity to work outdoors, utilizing various tools and techniques to keep properties maintained. The ideal candidate is motivated to maintaining the landscaping, and commercial properties with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing lawns, operating all types of tractors, trimming shrubs, and pruning trees to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy. Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools safely. Assist with general maintenance duties of commercial properties. Plowing experience. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality. Qualifications Prior experience in landscaping, maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred but not required. Valid Drivers License. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
