What You'll Do Work within a growing facilities department on a wide variety of projects Respond to emergency facilities requests Change HVAC air filters in all buildings per schedule and record information in log book Perform maintenance, repairs, painting, electrical, plumbing, etc Utilize MaintainX platform to receive, track and complete work orders
