• Seasonal Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor/Maintenance professional to join our team.

This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have experience in custodial services, commercial cleaning, and facilities maintenance, with a strong commitment to quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial settings. Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming. Conduct custodial duties including dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and emptying trash receptacles. Carry out basic maintenance tasks including minor repairs and painting as required. Monitor supply levels of cleaning materials and report when replenishment is needed. Ensure all areas are well-organized and presentable for staff and visitors. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management. Fill propane cylanders Stock Store with ice and firewood Qualifications Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles; industrial cleaning experience is a plus. Basic knowledge of facilities maintenance practices. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
