If you take pride in keeping spaces organized, enjoy independent work, and want a role where your efforts directly support a mission-driven organization, we'd love to have you on our team! ✅ Part-time schedule ✅ Flexible hours ✅ Independent, hands-on work ✅ Meaningful role supporting community programs What You'll Do Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility including restrooms, offices, classrooms, common areas, and exterior spaces Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors Dust furniture, walls, equipment, and surfaces Empty trash and dispose of waste properly Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces Use cleaning chemicals safely while following PPE requirements Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned What We're Looking For Basic janitorial or custodial experience preferred Ability to work independently and stay organized Good communication skills Strong attention to detail and reliability Commitment to safety practices and procedures Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching Occasional kneeling, twisting, and overhead reaching Regular lifting and moving of items up to 50 lbs Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift Why Goodwill?
