Assist with snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe. Perform general repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, or structural elements to maintain facility integrity. Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored after use. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various hand tools, power tools, and landscaping machinery safely. Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices. Ability to operate heavy equipment such as excavators or snow plows confidently. Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in different weather conditions; ability to lift heavy objects when necessary. Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.
